With the growing concern of the novel coronavirus situation, the safety and well-being of our guests, travelers, local residents and staff are of utmost importance to us. Bintan Resorts, local authorities, Bintan Resort Ferries (BRF) and all resort operators / partners are working closely together to monitor the situation, and have implemented a clear standard operating procedure. Keeping our guests, travellers, local residents and staff safe and healthy is paramount to us.

While we are all looking forward to post COVID-19, various measures have been implemented during this time to ensure the safety of all guests and employees. Temperature taking stations have been set up and physical distancing signs are put up in public area such as food center, ATM and ferry terminal to remind guests and employees to practice physical distancing, in accordance with the recommendations by the World Health Organisation.

The power to break the chain of infection and be socially responsible lies within us.
