Bintan, July 18, 2024 – Bintan Resorts is excited to announce the 2024 edition of the prestigious Mandiri Bintan Marathon, brought to you in partnership with International Sports Agency Orange Room and supported by main sponsors Mandiri Bank and Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur. This spectacular event will take place on the 2nd and 3rd of November 2024 at Lagoi Bay, a popular destination known for its sports tourism, festivals, and events.
This year, the Mandiri Bintan Marathon features four thrilling categories: the Full Marathon (42 km), the Half Marathon (21 km), a competitive 10 km run, and the Fun Run (5 km) for beginners and enthusiasts. Additionally, the Family Kids Run (3 km) offers an excellent opportunity for families to participate together, promoting healthy lifestyles and family bonding.
Elvin Ting, Managing Director of Orange Room, shared his excitement about enhancing the race experience for all participants: “The Mandiri Bintan Marathon is not just about running; it’s about creating an unforgettable experience with a scenic race route and a post-event festival filled with local entertainment, ice bath recovery, and a variety of local delights.”

Participant registration for the Mandiri Bintan Marathon is now open and can be completed via the official Mandiri Bintan Marathon website, the official Instagram account, or the Livin’ by Mandiri app. Special early bird rates are available from July 17th to August 18th, 2024.
Set against the serene backdrop of Bintan Island, participants will enjoy a well-maintained race route with stunning views of tranquil lakes and lush natural beauty. This year’s event, themed “Run and Discover,” focuses on the conservation of the Hawksbill Turtle, highlighting the island’s efforts to protect this rare species.
